Estate Sale Customers – FAQ

How do I purchase?

Come to the sales at the times posted to make your purchases. Larger items can be marked with a “Sold” tag with your name. There will be a table to place items to hold behind the cashier if you are still browsing.

Can you tell me the price of an item?

No, prices will not be provided ahead of time. All pricing will be finalized by the start of the sale. The owners will always have the final say on pricing of items, and it may change before the start of a sale.

Do you accept returns?

No, all sales are final, with exception of electronics. If you have purchased any electronic equipment that does not work, please contact us immediately to return and refund your money.

How do you price?

We price our items at fair market value. A bit under the price of an item you would find online, or at a secondhand store.

Can I buy something without coming to the sale?

Yes, you can text a photo of the item that you are inquiring after the start of the sale (please allow us at least 30 mins) and we can let you know pricing and condition. Items can be picked up at the sale or we can offer delivery. Payment can be accepted over the phone. Just a note: buying preference will always be giving to customers who are already onsite; we cannot always answer the phone during a sale. Texting will usually be the best bet.

Do you allow early sales?

No, pre-sales of items are not allowed. We want everyone to have a fair chance to purchase the items, and the owners can change or adjust pricing prior to the start of the sale.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, and all major credit cards. We do accept checks as well, but only with identification. We also accept Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp. There are no additional fees.

Is this an auction?

No, all items are priced. If you want an item, pick it up and proceed with browsing. There will be a place to set your items while you shop if needed. For larger ticket items, see a staff member for assistance to mark the piece as sold.

Why the sale? Where are the people?

Sales will typically involve downsizing a household or moving. We also handle the liquidation of assets from businesses, partial to entire estates, and divorces.

What do you do with the leftover items?

Leftover items belong to the estate, so the owners will decide what will be done with them. Items are kept, donated to charity, brought to auction, or removed via cleanout.

Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery can be arranged for your items. Inquire with staff for a quote.
